Matthews Marking Products has launched the most affordable continuous ink-jet printer on the market. The CX16 is ideal for small character coding and is capable of printing up to two lines on surfaces including wax-coated cartons, plastics or metals. The CX16 is perfect for date coding on food and beverage packages or lot coding for pharmaceutical and cosmetics/personal care packaging on high speed production lines.
The printer features a built-in pump (no external air required), automatic ink viscosity diagnostics for consistent high-quality printing, convenient top-mount fill caps for adding ink quickly and a rugged and attractive stainless steel enclosure. The CX16 is easy to maintain and no tools are required to access and clean the printhead.
